Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the authority operating the vd111 platform and any user. By using the vd111 website, mobile version, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The first deposit must be ৳100 or more to receive this bonus. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawal will be possible after wagering an amount equal to 25 times the bonus funds.

VIP Program

vd111's VIP program has three tiers that reward regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

It is possible to move to a higher VIP tier through regular play and active participation on the platform.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• vd111 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent use is suspected.

Betting Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games are available on the vd111 platform. The following rules apply to all betting activities:

Sports betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the settlement of the related bet will be at vd111's discretion.
• Odds may change from time to time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• vd111 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.

Casino Games

• All game software is provided by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming).
• Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of a server or internet disconnection, the result of that game round will be determined according to the server log.

Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding any betting result, the support team must be notified in writing within 7 (seven) days. The decision of vd111 authority shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd111 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action:

3. Bonus fraud — such as placing artificial bets with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.

7. Harassment or misconduct toward other users.
8. Cyber attacks or hacking attempts on the platform's infrastructure.
